Don't take the 1st room or even the second room they try to give you. They are in the middle of remolding and you will have to put up with paint fumes and construction. Hold out and they will give you a nice smell free room with the other guest. They will eventually make it right. ...read more

This hotel remained under construction although the website said newly remodeled. this hotel was very close to reliant stadium which was very convenient but I probably would not stay here again.

Stayed 3 times so far. Accommodating staff. Good rate for location. New carpets are being installed. Looks like they are slowly upgrading hotel. Bathrooms are nice. Hotel good for seminars, wedding receptions, or other large group meetings. ...read more

Had this hotel not been under renovations, which I understand was due to Hurricane Iike, this would be in my estimation a 4-star hotel. They had very spacious rooms and were very comfortable. I had to go to another floor to get ice because the machine on my floor was out. Another guest who experienced the same problem said she had called the front desk and they said they were concentrating on the swimming pool. I don't quite understand that since it is January. Overwhelming paint smell in the first room plus poor air quality. The second room was better but not great. Room had not been cleaned properly; dust on the TV. On the positive side, the room was fairly spacious and included a sleeper sofa. ...read more
